Adagio GIO is a service that allows people who want to extend their visa(s)/stay to do so immediately, effectively and affordably and with certainty. From as little as £395.00GBP, anyone can have specialist immigration law advice and representation.
The aim is to save time and money both for our clients. There is a standard Registration & quick processing on the day of their initial consultation and registration with one of our specialist immigration lawyers.

One Week Turnaround:
The Adagio GIO process usually takes no more than One to - Two weeks to complete an application. It therefore means that we can have your case concluded within seven days. This means you can have your case concluded without the hassle of having to wait months for the Home Office to even confirm they have your application.

Once clients engage Adagio GIO their initial consultation fee will be refunded.
We can even save you further money if you register and begin your case on the same day. We promise to refund the cost of registering with our firm (a saving of up to £60.00GBP) if you instruct us on the same day and we complete your case*.

The terms and conditions set out below is to ensure that all clients are treated fairly and that they are given honest, professional and the most contemporary advice.

As a rule of thumb, the service means that we cannot chase up client(s) for documents unless there was an error on our path (i.e. if a document has not been included in the list of documents issued to a client). Should we have to chase up any client(s) for documents at any time, Adagio GIO £395.00-£595.00GBP charge no longer applies.
Clients must pay Home Office (or third party agency) fees separately.
The contract between Adagio and you must be entered into within 3 working days of the initial consultation or the offer lapses and the case may need to be looked at again from the beginning.
There is a cancellation charge of £150.00GBP (or £250.00GBP if application was fully prepared) once the contract of service has been entered into.

Should a client(s) have any objections or problems with the way Adagio GIO works they have a right to complain. In order to encourage and improve good working relationship with our clients we are open and welcome to suggestions and will treat all complaints and suggestions in high regard.
