Scenario 1 - Mr. James*
Mr. James initially came to the United Kingdom over 20 years ago, to be with his common-law wife and their children. However, he did not return to his home country after his visitor visa had expired.
Understandably, Mr. James was initially wary of discussing his predicament with third parties, as he had previously experienced, what he felt was substandard service, from his other representatives.
